| I turned this vase years ago. What you see now is very different from what I did then. The more I looked at the contours and lines in my first rendition, the more it exasperated me. It was time to redo it. I remounted the vase on the lathe and gave it a whirl: new lines, a new look, and a renewed life. I thinned the walls and completely reformed the shape.
